This agreement covers all Connexxions InfoTech website traffic promotion services.

Each service functions in different ways. All guaranteed visitor services deliver an agreed number of visitors to a website (or websites) of your choice.

You are entering into an agreement to have your advertising displayed across the Connexxions InfoTech Services Pvt. Ltd. network of sites, and across 3rd party sites where required, to deliver an agreed number of visitors to your website(s).

By purchasing the guaranteed traffic services you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement.

You are not permitted to display advertising that contains, or links to a webpage that contains information of an adult nature, pornography, promotion of illegal activities, racism and hatred of any kind, Warez, and objectionable material. Please contact us if you need further clarification about this.

You are not permitted to display advertising that is misleading, inappropriate, offensive, slanderous, or that breaks any law governing advertising in any country, where we cater our service.

You are entirely responsible for all information contained in your advertising. Connexxions InfoTech is not responsible for this information. Please ensure that the information you provide is legal, accurate, and meets the requirements of this Terms of Service agreement.

Under no circumstances Connexxions InfoTech Services Pvt. Ltd. is liable in any way for any content including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, or otherwise transmitted via the service.

Connexxions InfoTech Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw, withhold, remove and/or suspend any advertising that may breech this agreement. You will always be given the opportunity to amend the advertising so that it meets the requirements of this agreement.

Connexxions InfoTech Services Pvt. Ltd. assumes no liability for disruptions of the Service, including but not limited to vandalism, theft, Internet disruptions, extreme or severe weather conditions, or any other causes in the nature of "ACTS OF GOD" or force Majeure.

Connexxions InfoTech International aims to provide an exceptional advertising service to all clients. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us directly and immediately so that a remedy may be established.

Customer Satisfaction

Connexxions InfoTech Services Pvt. Ltd. is an established and reputable Internet marketing and advertising company. Connexxions InfoTech has always maintained a solid, goodwill policy toward its customers. We always strive to attain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

When a customer has a particular concern or complaint, they should do one or more of the following actions:

1) Directly contact any Connexxions InfoTech personnel via any direct staff email address that may have been given during the course of business.

When contacting us please provide as many details as possible regarding any possible concerns. We will work to make things right for you, including offering other Connexxions InfoTech International services free of charge to help you get a better marketing response rate. If necessary, we will provide you with a refund on any remaining undelivered traffic or unused service.

In any instance where a customer's service has been terminated due to a violation of Connexxions InfoTech's stated use policies or other generally acceptable Internet standards - NO refund either full or partial - shall be due the customer.
