Vishamber Agrawal
An expert and a master organizer - this is the genuine introduction of Mr. Vishamber Agrawal. Though he has no technical background, with a vast experience of 29 years in various kinds of business, he earned a forte in creating new business ideas. Commerce graduate Mr. Agrawal is open to all the latest business concepts and possess’ an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing, quarrying, sales, export, day to day operations and financial handling of projects. In short, he is the maestro in such segments. He is the technology pioneer in his stone company where he introduced computers, accounting software, computer printed documents, computer printed account sheets, e-mails, website, laser printers, scanners, broadband, cell phones, smart phones, video surveillance, laptops, etc. much before than other business giants in the particular field. He personally supervised the building of marble company’s factory and residential premises and completed it in record time. He will be the experienced and guiding factor providing the business leadership support to the young generation for the group’s foray into the BPO/KPO segment.

He is very fond of socializing and reading finance related magazines and papers. Apart from Connexxions he is the present director of Kushalbagh Marbles (P) Ltd. and Kushalbagh Marmo (P) LTD. as well as partner in Classic Marbles and Tripura Sundari Marble.

Vikas Agrawal
Vikas is a 2003 batch Computer Science and Engineering Graduate from the prestigious Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. He is young, dynamic and patient professional who works with a very clear thought process. He is handling his family’s stone business successfully for last 5 years. He will be handling the BPO business on day to day basis with Anuj. His computer engineering background with five years of business experience will be an added advantage for the success of the BPO setup at Gurgaon. He will look after the entire day to day operation, management and technical issues of the BPO. He has worked in Infosys for couple of years and earned commendation from his seniors in the company. He has worked on prestigious projects like the mainframe computers, visual basic, java, COBOL, DB2, Websphere, .NET, SQL at Infosys’s Mangalore unit. Since school time, he had a keen interest in computers and was a leading programmer in the school. He nurtured his programming temptation in college too, as he was among the best programmers of the institute.

Vikas has worked with Gurgaon office of IBM too and handled projects related to mainframe computers and Polar Industries’ Noida center on website development & programming, etc.

He has successfully handled the financing of different companies’ new projects in the State Bank Group. An ardent music lover and Cricket fanatic Vikas enjoys net surfing. Nonetheless, he is among the most important figures at Connexxions but he has involvement as a director in Kushalbagh Marbles (P) Ltd. and Kushalbagh Exim (P) Ltd. as well as partner in Tripura Sundari Marble and Classic Marble too.

Anuj Agrawal
Alumni of prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Anuj finished his degree in Electrical Engineering in 2004, from the Mumbai center of the institute. A very brilliant student right from the beginning, Anuj was a bright not only in academics but also on other fronts, as he was actively involved in cultural and sports events too. He helped the institute in organizing various “Stress Management” seminars. He is looking at the expansion of the business pretty energetically. He is currently handling the exports of the family business which is increased by him to 10 folds in a period of 4 years and export is expanded from 5 countries to 22 countries. Now, he is looking forward to make it two fold again within the coming fiscal year and add 5 more names into the list of importing countries. In addition, he has been able to successfully add granite and sandstone products to the already established marble product gallery and looks to include slates also in that gallery. He has worked with hi-profiled software giants, including Patni Computers, SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai, Mangalore Refinery & Petroleum Limited, Mangalore and ITAakash, Hiranandani, Mumbai.

Apart from Connexxions, he is director for Kushalbagh Marmo (P) Ltd., Kushalbagh Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Kushalbagh Mineral (P) Ltd. and partner in Tripura Sundari Marble and Classic Marble.

A Cricket fan Anuj has a keen interest in Philosophy and loves the softer tones of music.

Karan Agrawal
The youngest management leader of the organization is determined to see Connexxions as leader in the market. A business graduate, Karan has very pleasant and patient demeanor and stays cool even in the toughest situations. Since childhood, he has been a brilliant salesperson and the leader amongst his peers. He has worked for leading construction companies like Clover Construction, Pune. He is an excellent salesperson and currently handling domestic sales of the company wonderfully. He will be handling the marketing of the BPO. His diploma in animation from well-known Pran’s Media Institute will surely aid the organization in improving its creativity quotient.
